Your first look at the highly anticipated Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Roadster comes courtesy of the guys from Automobile Magazine. this version of the SLS does not compromise any of the features of the SLS AMG coupe, with the exception of loosing the "gullwing" doors in place of normal opening doors due to the loss of the car's roof. The roadster only adds six pounds from the coupe, and may be just a tad slower from 0-60. But rest assured, this vehicle will be a joy to drive if you do plan to purchase the SLS AMG Roadster...
